Healthcare Business Development Executive - Medical Sales Consultant #HDC

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key accounts.
• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and product-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and market growth.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales objectives through effective account management and business development activities.
• Coordinate product evaluations, clinical trials, and new product introductions within healthcare institutions.
• Deliver product presentations, technical support, and training sessions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales performance, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and successful project execution.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, events, and educational activities when required.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards while complying with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or sales-related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Experience is not required as structured training and mentorship will be provided.
• Participation in sports, leadership activities, co-curricular activities, or other achievement-based environments will be advantageous.
