Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Transform raw gameplay and product data into clear insights that drive strategic and day-to-day decisions.
  • Build scalable and robust data solutions and reports to monitor product performance, key business metrics, and user experience.
  • Champion data accuracy, quality, and validity across the Outplayed business unit.
  • Develop reliable, entity-centered data models and scalable data marts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Outplayed and the central Data team, coordinating data needs, pipelines, and insight flows.
  • Define, design, and analyze A/B tests that shape features, user behavior, and long-term product direction.
  • Empower a data-driven culture by enabling exploration and self-service analytics across teams.
  • Create slick, intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Redash for stakeholders across the company.
  • Deliver meaningful, actionable insights that influence Outplayed's roadmap, unit economics, and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, ideally as a lead analyst within a business unit or a team lead who still loves being hands-on.
  • Proven experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, with strong SQL skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in data modeling, specifically star-schema methodologies (dimensions, facts, profiles, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience using Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience as a BI Developer.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Redash.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior.
  • Background in B2C, consumer, or gaming products.
  • Experience working with Airflow.
