  • Reporting & Business Planning
  • Prepare business development reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations to management on growth opportunities and market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, recruitment, sales, partnership management, or related functions.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, or market expansion activities.
  • Experience working with China-based stakeholders, recruitment partners, or business networks will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language Requirement
  • Strong proficiency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves frequent communication, negotiations, and relationship management with Mandarin-speaking clients, candidates, recruitment partners, and business stakeholders based in China.
