Sabre is looking for a Principal Product Owner to lead and oversee the Agency Profiles Product areas, with a strong focus on customers leveraging Sabre Mosaic platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the day‑to‑day ownership and evolution Profiles Product products, acting as the point of contact for Travel Agency requirements, inquiries, and solution discussions. You will work closely with Travel Agencies, internal product, engineering, delivery, care, and commercial teams to ensure customer needs are clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered in a scalable and sustainable way. The ideal candidate combines deep domain understanding, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strategic judgment and operational execution. Role and Responsibilities Sabre Mosaic Agency Profile Product Manager Own the end‑to‑end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex, enterprise‑scale platform products used by global travel customers. Act as a product leader and decision authority, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities. Partner closely with engineering leadership, architects, and platform teams to define scalable, API‑driven and integration‑ready solutions Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, and architectural teams throughout the product lifecycle Drive strategic prioritization across multiple initiatives, including new capabilities, technical modernization, platform evolution, and operational improvements Translate complex business problems into clear product outcomes, epics, and high‑level requirements, ensuring alignment across distributed delivery teams Serve as the primary product interface for key strategic customers and partners, leading discovery workshops, solution alignment, and roadmap discussions. Leads large customer projects from a product and requirements standpoint. Provide product leadership during customer escalations and complex operational issues, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and resolution Lead cross‑functional collaboration with commercial, support, data, billing, security, and compliance teams, ensuring end‑to‑end product readiness Guide platform governance, access control, roles, and data ownership models in coordination with architecture and security Oversee product lifecycle decisions, including feature introduction, migration, deprecation, and sunset of legacy solutions Ensure products meet enterprise‑grade quality, performance, security, and compliance standards across global Mentor and support senior and mid‑level Product Managers, setting product standards and best practices across the organization Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of features Subject Matter Expert: Ownership of the "Mosaic Agency Profiles" area with a focus on agencies/TMCs: onboarding, needs, configurations, and data operations. Product operations: import/export, migrations/cloning, duplicate remediation, profile associations, template selection, and recommended actions for agencies. Go‑to‑market within the Sabre Store ecosystem: product naming, instructions, orders, integration with billing/CRM, and enforcement of the ordering process. Access/roles/entitlements: admin rights, attributes, support channels (SIM/Jira), and ensuring role behavior consistency after UI changes. Documentation and enablement: instructions, release notes/SAN, and "how‑to" guides for CSV and self‑service processes. Cross‑functional Collaboration & Delivery Translate customer needs into clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with internal Product Managers to ensure alignment with broader product vis
