About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer with strong C# and JavaScript/TypeScript/React skills to join one of our high-performing Agile teams. In this full-stack role, you will take ownership of features end-to-end - from database and back-end services through to user interfaces. You will be working alongside talented engineers, product managers, and designers to build products that help organizations worldwide prepare for and respond to critical events. Location: Hybrid in Kaunas, Lithuania

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, reliable technical solutions end-to-end, collaborating with engineers across the team to meet client needs and maintain low defect rates.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review, elaborate, and refine user and solution requirements.
  • Actively participate in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Respond to escalations and production issues, triaging and resolving incidents in a timely manner to minimize impact on clients.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Apply security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 guidelines, as a standard part of every development task.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Skills / Knowledge Requirements
  • Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MSSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog) is a plus.
