Requirements

  • Strong technical skills: Python, TS/JS, using LLMs in data pipelines and applications, Spark, containerization, unit and integration testing, observability & monitoring

  • Foreign language skills, especially Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish

  • You can identify what matters for a non-technical user and succinctly explain what they need to know in terms that make sense to them

  • You can disagree and navigate conflict respectfully and in a manner that puts the team's goals first
  • High degree of autonomy (i.e., don't wait for work to come to you)

  • Travel
  • This role will require domestic and international travel for in-person trainings and periodic internal company events.
  • An in-person training typically lasts four days at the customer's office. This role is expected to cover in-person trainings primarily in the broader DC area, but occasional travel may be required to other places.
