From day one, you will be fully integrated into our day-to-day business and work on forward-looking projects that support the transition to sustainable energy solutions. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of both our traditional energy trading business and our growing New Energy activities. Your role will contribute directly to developing new business opportunities in areas such as advanced biofuels, hydrogen, and synthetic fuels. Throughout the 2-year program, you will face exciting challenges by working on diverse projects, supporting strategic decision-making through market analysis, and contributing to innovative solutions for the future of energy. At the same time, you will benefit from close guidance through a structured program, including mentoring and development opportunities. Your tasks in a nutshell: Drive New Energy Projects: Support the development of projects in areas such as advanced biofuels, hydrogen, synthetic fuels, and other alternative energy sources. Generate Market Intelligence: Collect, structure, and analyze market, regulatory, and commercial data to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and support strategic and investment decisions. Build Relationships & Support Negotiations: Engage with suppliers, customers, and partners, helping to maintain strong business relationships and support commercial discussions and negotiations. Contribute to Strategic Decisions: Assist with financial modelling and the evaluation of investment opportunities within the New Energy sector. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with teams across trading, logistics, investments, and other functions to develop integrated solutions. What helps you to fulfil this role: Academic Background: Successfully completed master's degree in economics, energy management, sustainability, international business, or a related field.
