The successful candidate will gain strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, transformation initiatives, and sales strategy execution, while developing both analytical and commercial capabilities. Position Responsibilities Support implementation of agency business development frameworks and initiatives to drive growth and productivity Track, analyse, and consolidate performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion outcomes Coordinate governance and clearance of agency presentations and digital materials Provide reporting and tracking support for ad-hoc sales initiatives and management reviews Coach and guide agency stakeholders on SOPs and sales advisory guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
