About the role

powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you've probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We're approximately doubling year over year despite the market slow down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We're a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things. We're a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things. About You We are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and scale our Data Science Integrations organization - a critical part of how Constructor continuously improves customer outcomes through experimentation, optimization, and machine learning-driven improvements. You are comfortable working in technical, data-driven environments and enjoy coordinating complex workflows across data science, machine learning, and customer-facing teams. You care about operational reliability, clear processes, and reducing friction in how teams collaborate and deliver value to customers. You thrive in environments with growing teams, many stakeholders, and evolving priorities. Rather than reacting to requests one by one, you focus on building scalable processes and operational clarity that allow teams to deliver consistent results while maintaining flexibility. As a Project Manager for the Data Science Integrations organization, you will: Establish scalable intake, prioritization, and planning processes that improve visibility into incoming work and reduce reactive coordination across teams. Partner closely with Data Science Integrations analysts and engineering managers to improve capacity planning and ensure workloads remain balanced and aligned with customer priorities. Improve cross-team coordination between Data Science Integrations, Machine Learning teams, the internal Experiments platform, and Customer Success. Introduce tooling, automation, or dashboards that reduce manual coordination work and increase transparency into request status, workloads, and delivery timelines. Facilitate key operational rituals such as standups, planning preparation, and cross-team coordination meetings, allowing analysts and engineering managers to focus on high-impact work. Support knowledge sharing and alignment across the three Data Science Integrations teams as the organization continues to grow.

  • Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable process improvements.
  • Comfort operating in fast-growing environments where processes and team structures evolve over time.
  • Experience improving operational workflows through automation, AI tools, and internal tooling.
  • Nice to have: experience working with data science, experimentation, or machine learning teams.
