Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse storage to maintain cleanliness, organization, and accessibility while following compliance standards
• Resolve packing discrepancies to ensure order accuracy
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment according to packing lists
• Perform stock counts and receive, unpack, check, and store incoming goods in designated locations
• Load and unload goods safely from delivery vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety procedures and reporting hazards
• Update stock logs, scan codes, and prepare documentation using computer systems or manual methods
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Physical fitness to carry and rearrange boxes safely
• Ability to maintain neatness and organization in the workspace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recordkeeping tasks
• Experience using integrated inventory systems or handheld scanners for stock management
