The Team The Infosys Consulting Life Sciences vertical focuses on advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices companies on continuously rethinking transformation along the value chain to meet contemporary business needs. We drive innovation both through process reengineering and the implementation of best-in-class solutions to a number of high-profile Pharmaceutical clients. Our life sciences team encompasses some of the industry`s brightest experts who possess a broad set of rich experiences in helping top organizations transform their operations and deliver shareholder value. They are engaged in a number of strategic and operational programs across the top life sciences organizations. The Life Science practice is successfully embedded within the entire Infosys Group, which enables IC to sell and deliver large scale transformation programs with a specific focus on SAP and S/4 HANA in a pull-through collaboration with delivery capacities on-shore and offshore. We drive innovation by rethinking processes in R&D/Clinical Development, Regulatory/Safety, Commercial, Global Supply Chain and Value & Access leveraging digital technologies in Data & Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, IOT enabled monitoring, virtual trials and RPA. The Role Lead definition of solution architecture for a S/4HANA based transformation program, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technologies. Responsibility Active participation in business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals and responses to "Requests for Proposal" (RFPs) and "Requests for Information" (RFIs). Lead the definition of the Solution Architecture of challenging IT/ business transformation projects in the Life Sciences industry, predominantly SAP-based. Ensure that technical solutions, platforms, and systems satisfy business requirements and future needs. Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and a suite of new solutions including leadership of the ERP non-functional roadmap and related enterprise-wide integration requirements. Provision digital capabilities to enhance and transform the business and to enable new business models. Provide leadership, guidance, and technical solutions for focus areas e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics and IOT. Ensure a well-structured and defined solution architecture framework - delivering to time, cost, and quality and within budget. Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards. Lead and participate in key governance forums including Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and Integration Management meetings. Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the identification, impact, dependencies, risks, mitigations and implementation status of solution architecture topics and areas for improvement; and own the resolution of solution architecture issues. Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors as needed. Manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources. Required qualifications: Superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships to design and implement solutions for transformation programs jointly with clients. Ability to navigate in a complex organization structures and to deal with ambiguity. Ability to inspire, convince and to influence to be able to gain buy-in from senior business management and stakeholders. Superior problem management skills (problem identification, structuring, resolution) and moderation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitations skills. Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints. Ability to collaborate within the Firm and to leverage existing resources.
