Apprentice / Journeyperson Pipefitters

Requirements

• Journeyperson Pipefitter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
• Apprentice Pipefitters must be registered with a provincial training authority
• Previous industrial construction experience preferred
• Strong team player with willingness to support where required
• Successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
• Valid government ID
• Project online orientations must be completed
• Work Conditions:
• Start Date: Mid July 2026
• Work schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off or 5 days on / 2 days off
• Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB
• Extended health benefits provided by CLAC
• Weekly payment of Wages

Learn more about working at Ledcor - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and maintain industrial piping systems as per drawings and specifications Perform fit-up, alignment, and installation of piping, valves, flanges, and supports Read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation Support bolt-up, torquing and testing Execute rigging and hoisting support for pipe installation Complete FLHAs and follow all site safety procedures, including permit systems and lockout/tagout Support material handling, site organization, and crew activities Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor's high standards for safety and quality
