Requirements
- We don't necessarily care how long you've been doing marketing design; more important is the passion and talent you bring to the table. With that said, it would be nice if you have the following experience:
- You have been in marketing design for 2-5 years and can hit the ground running
- You maintain your own website portfolio with a large collection of inspiring work samples
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
- You have a sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and design systems
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- You have a growth mindset-open to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement
- You have a collaborative spirit and a passion for work that makes a difference
