Responsibilities

  • Ownership mindset with strong coordination and follow-through

  • Exposure to remote or distributed teams

OUT THE HR ASSOCIATE ROLE: We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Associate with 1-2 years of full-time experience in HR, preferably from a product-based startup environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, takes full ownership of ad-hoc HR tasks, and can independently handle recruitment and day-to-day people operations while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
