About the role

The Health Client Analyst on the H&W team collaborates with internal teams, clients. Health plans to capture benefits reporting requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and ensure deliverables meet client and carrier expectations. The role involves fostering strong relationships, utilizing data analytics to guide client decisions, and enhancing the customer experience while supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with client manager I and II to learn the service specific delivery. The goal is to become proficient as a client manager in 18-24 months.
  • Managing and providing subject matter expertise to clients. Work with medium to large size clients for their end-to-end change order and annual enrollment process
  • Managing change order and annual enrollment reporting process to produce carrier facing requirements document, files, and reports.
  • Developing a trusted relationship with our client team, client, and health plans.
  • Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff.
  • Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables. Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks.
  • Tracking and resolving open items timely and manages client deliverables. Lead and participating in internal and external meetings.
  • Helping lead client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings.
  • Providing support for training and may assist with facilitating the training once proficient in certain area.
  • Becoming proficient in custom Alight data analytics and reporting tools. Use these tools to guide clients on decision-making and identify trends and outliers.

Requirements

  • Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required.
  • Possess CBA and health plan provision knowledge.
  • Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline.
  • Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
  • Possess verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment.
  • Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal.
  • Be willing to learn new tools and Alight features as they roll out each year.
