Project Support / Sales Coordinator - WCAN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare product samples, project documentation, and related materials to support project execution.
• Manage and submit project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Process project orders and maintain records using SAP and Excel.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
• Assist in coordinating site meetings and work closely with consultants, developers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• NTC 2, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Building Services, Architecture, Sustainability Design, or related disciplines.
• Proactive and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in project coordination, sales support, events management, lighting, or M&E-related industries is advantageous.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong administrative and documentation skills.
