Founded in 2008, Future Standard's equity co-investment platform is led by two senior investment professionals. The team has completed over 150 co-investments and committed ~$2.5 billion since 2008. The business is currently investing out of its sixth equity co-investment fund, which focuses primarily on U.S.-based middle market leveraged buyout transactions (EBITDA of $10 - $100 million or more) across a broad range of industries. The team looks to invest between $10 - $50 million per deal. The Associate will be involved in all aspects of a private equity investment transaction, including diligence, execution, and post-closing investment monitoring. The Associate will be an integral part of the investment team and is responsible for many important aspects of a live transaction, including financial analysis and due diligence processes. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO: - Analyzing investment opportunities including conducting business, industry and financial due diligence. - Preparing complex financial models. - Drafting and presenting investment committee memoranda. - Monitoring portfolio company performance. - Preparing limited partner presentations, sponsor marketing and fundraising materials.
