Job Description The Manager, Commercial Execution - EDM is responsible for enabling, coordinating, and governing the execution of approved commercial strategies across EDM priority markets. The role supports consistent execution, performance management, and operational discipline by applying insights, strengthening operating cadence, and enabling effective cross‑functional and distributor collaboration. This role does not hold accountability for commercial strategy definition, pricing, trade terms, distributor contract negotiation, or P&L ownership. These responsibilities remain with the EDM Commercial Lead and other designated senior commercial leadership roles. The role reports to the EDM Commercial Lead and works closely with Product, Business Analytics, Finance, Medical, Value & Access, Legal, Regulatory, IT, and Global Commercial Operations teams to support execution quality, governance, and delivery across the EDM portfolio. Role Scope and Accountability The Manager, Commercial Execution operates within a clearly defined execution and governance remit. The role supports consistency, transparency, and operational discipline in how commercial strategies are implemented across distributor markets, without assuming ownership of strategic, financial, trade, or contractual decisions.
