Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of projects across telecommunications, Point-to-Point (P2P) connectivity, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables

- Knowledge and Attributes:
- Good understanding of telecommunications and network infrastructure, including MUX, DWDM, P2P connectivity, and data centre (DC) cabling
- Basic knowledge of cloud services and deployment coordination (e.g., IaaS, connectivity to cloud environments)
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers in a dynamic project environment
- Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, architectures, and services.
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues using analytical problem-solving skills.
- Project participation experience, including adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
- Developing proficiency in using network administration and configuration tools.
- Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic cloud/network certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are an advantage
- Relevant networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or JNCIA are beneficial
- Required experience:
- Hands-on experience in telecommunications and network environments, preferably in project delivery or network engineering roles
- Solid experience with WAN, LAN, and Point-to-Point (P2P) connectivity
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, including routing, transmission, and network setup
- Working knowledge of network security concepts and best practices
- Experience with data centre (DC) networking and cabling is an advantage
- Basic to intermediate experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and connectivity integration is a plus
- Exposure to wireless technologies, standards, and deployment is beneficial
