Job Description: Attend to agents' requests and inquiries via email and phone including transfer of calls to relevant departments Attend to client's enquiries and complaints professionally Manage and handle customer service mailbox and forwarding to the relevant departments Update personal particulars of agents in the system as and when necessary Assist in agents' on & off boarding process Process any reimbursement requests to agents Daily collection of mails and distribution of mails to relevant departments including agents Assist agents over the counter and assisting the team and other departments Occasionally assisting at showflat launches and events Any other ad hoc duties as may be required
