- 3.Fulfills the Nursing Professional Development Practitioner role functions and essential responsibilities as defined and outlined in the Nursing Professional Development Scope & Standards of Practice, including but not limited to:
- 4.Coordinates orientation program for new hires and transfers within the nursing division
- 5.Develops/coordinates education plans associated with competency validation
- 6.Develops/coordinates education to address populations served on assigned units
- 7.Develops/coordinates education to facilitate the development of the clinical staff and nurses
- 8.Assesses, plans, implements and maintains materials for educational programs and makes changes as needed to keep material accurate, relevant and current for target audience
