Sr Project Controls Professional (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• You will work as part of a dedicated project controls team, collaborating closely with construction teams and vendors to ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements, including
• Budget development and updates
• Scope change tracking
• Expenditure and forecast reporting
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions to project and construction managers.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Track and report on construction physical progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate with contractors to collect and upload weekly progress data into project systems.
• Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay application processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project controls teams, construction teams, and vendors.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site assignments.

• Industry-recognized certifications such as
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP)
• Construction Manager (CCM)

• Risk Management Professional (RMP)
• The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
