Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead enterprise deals end-to-end as the functional owner, including strategic pursuits
- Deliver impactful RFP/RFI responses, functional presentations, and tailored solution proposals to senior prospects
- Build reusable assets that scale across the team: demo environments, standard pitches tailored to segments and personas, competitor and industry materials
- Anchor deals in the client's outcomes, demonstrating tangible value and shaping opportunities toward the firm's growth priorities
- Orchestrate SMEs deliberately and early -operations, accounting, technical teams - to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Build and carry executive-level client relationships(Head of Investments, COO, CTO, CRO)
- Frame technical answers in commercial terms, providing context in both technical and industry language
- Document risk and gaps, demo/PoC planning, proposal inputs, and ensure clean handoff to delivery teams
- Mentor junior solutions engineers and raise the standard of the team
- Stay current on APAC market developments and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FinTech -implementations, transformations, pre-sales, or relationship management withtechnical/commercial exposure
- Deep domain expertise in buy-side investmentmanagement: portfolio management, risk analytics, multi-asset workflows acrosspublic and private assets
- Proven track record of shaping and winning enterprisedeals in financial software
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investmentprocesses, and buy-side operations
- Technical fluency across multi-asset platforms, APIs,and data workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills -ability to tailor the message to any audience from operations to C-suite
- Experience working across APAC markets - South EastAsia and Australia are a strong plus
- Comfortable operating in a high-accountability deal team where ownership and autonomy are expected

This role is critical in supporting the functional aspects of the sales process and solving complex prospect challenges through a world-class multi-asset investment management platform. You will work closely with the Sales team and internal stakeholders to configure and deliver compelling demonstrations, scope solutions, and help win clients across APAC. Your contribution will directly influence deal success and client trust across the region.
