Graceful : This person is self-aware, well-spoken and humbly the voice of BTN. POSITION OVERVIEW: Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as a Junior Decor Associate. In this role, you will provide administrative, creative, and operational support to the Director of Décor to help execute seasonal container change outs, custom seasonal décor and large-scale annual plantings. This is a full-time (40 hours) position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation Leadership Lead and support crews during seasonal color change-outs and container garden installations. Lay out plant material onsite to reflect approved design intent, scale, balance, and flow. Uphold high-end craftsmanship standards, including proper spacing, layering, soil preparation, drainage management, and final presentation. Ensure clean, organized, and respectful work sites on private residential properties. Manage scheduling, time entry, and approvals on various softwares. Maintenance & Ongoing Display Care Conduct scheduled property visits to evaluate plant health, irrigation performance, bloom quality, and overall aesthetic. Perform deadheading, refreshing, and seasonal adjustments as needed to maintain display excellence. Support crews with ongoing installations, pruning, and container maintenance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to pests, disease, irrigation irregularities, and site conditions.
