Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process, from discovery and exploration to final UI delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong track record of end-to-end ownership of design projects.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to take complex problems from discovery to delivery, including user research, prototyping, usability testing and final UI execution.
- Experience designing for omnichannel environments, with a particular focus on mobile applications.
- A demonstrated interest in streaming, gaming and emerging technologies such as AI, with curiosity to explore innovative design opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to link design thinking to business goals and product outcomes.
- A passion for sports, ideally with experience or strong interest in sports, sports betting or live sports products.
- A self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with ease.
- Bonus points if you also have:

- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
