About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . * Experience developing, scheduling, and tracking the Department's On Scene Incident Commander (OSIC) annual training plan. * Experience implementing, developing, and improving assigned OSIC Radiological Emergency Response Organization instructions, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Experience performing duties associated with the Radiological Emergency Response Organization (RERO) On Scene Incident Commander. * Experience managing the OSIC Strategic plan with other shops and codes.
