- Help define and standardize sales processes, tools, and selection methodologies
- Market & Commercial Execution
- Support go-to-market strategies and product marketing initiatives
- Assist in development of value propositions and standardization strategies
- Support global product launches and commercialization initiatives
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Procurement, and Operations to support product competitiveness
- Assist in prioritization of R&D initiatives aligned with product strategy
- Contribute to standardization and cost optimization across product offerings
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support execution of global product strategies
- Provide direct and/or indirect leadership and coordination of Application Engineers across regions
- What you bring
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with slurry pumps or related mineral processing equipment
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within mining or industrial sectors
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of slurry pump applications and mining processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
- Ability to support product strategy execution and commercial initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel globally as required
- Role to be based out of nearest FLS office
