Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end technical architecture oversight for all IT systems and develop a long‑term technology roadmap.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Studies or related field
  • More than 7 years of IT project management experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing full SDLC or agile implementation projects.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of strong technical experience with latest Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience integrating with government agency or healthcare systems is advantageous.-
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for engaging users across all levels.

The role includes supervising and guiding application teams, engaging with stakeholders, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for technical governance, requirements validation, solution design, quality assurance, and vendor management.
