  • Physical Demands: The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to :
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

  • Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills
  • Manual dexterity for machine operation and maintenance
  • Ability to climb ladders safely
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jacks
  • Work Conditions: The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to:
  • Noise levels above 80 dB
  • Operation of complex machinery
  • Solvents, fumes and inks
  • Variable Temperatures
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
  • May require nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • An additional $2.50/ hr premium for NIGHT Shift only between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium

Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of RSI Operator for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. The RSI Operator is a skilled technical position responsible for operating and maintaining the Re-Seal It packaging line in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of machine operations, quality control procedures, and safety protocols. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining product quality and meeting customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. This will be a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm , Mon-Fri).
