- Act as the on-site execution lead on visit day-managing hospitality, guest movement, executive availability, and real-time issue resolution.
- Enable senior leadership walkthroughs and presenter readiness; ensure content is aligned to live digital and immersive infrastructure.
- Innovation Center Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Own day-to-day operations of the Innovation Center, ensuring readiness across technology, connectivity, AV, immersive zones, lighting, sensors, and display systems.
- Ensure all emerging tech zones, PoCs, prototypes, and immersive experiences are production-ready and continuously refreshed.
- Maintain health of complex, multi-technology environments including AI, robotics, drones, MR/VR, digital twins, and IoT platforms.
- Oversee service partners and maintenance activities hands-on to ensure zero disruption and quality completion.
- On Boarding Demo locally, Content & IP Lifecycle Management
- Govern demo onboarding, customization, versioning, refresh, and retirement cycles.
- Lead development of digital content including briefing decks, demo videos, storyboards, and data-driven exhibits..
- In Person Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Orchestration
- Act as the in-person integrator across Practice Heads, Engineering/CTO teams, Ventures, Sales, Design, Labs, and domain experts.
- Coordinate closely with leadership and government relations teams for dignitary and strategic visits.
- Drive collaboration with hyperscalers, startups, academia, and ecosystem partners to keep the innovation narrative fresh and future ready.Define transformation strategies, create target state blueprints, and design roadmaps across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and processes.
- Visitor Pipeline & Post-Visit Business Impact
- Establish structured pre-visit and post-visit engagement models to capture objectives, insights, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure disciplined documentation, demo summaries, and handoff to Sales/BD for pipeline acceleration.
- Track impact metrics including customer satisfaction, deal influence, demo usage, and innovation themes engaged.
- Design Thinking Application - Facilitate workshops, map customer journeys, and develop user-centric solutions aligned with client goals.
- Governance, Safety & Asset Utilization
- Define governance for innovation assets, data, and respons
