Responsibilities

  • Build trust with clients as a strategic partner and thought leader in digital experience
  • Partner closely with project management and development teams to ensure experience integrity throughout implementation
  • Own experience workstreams, timelines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with visual design, content, strategy, and technology disciplines to create cohesive solutions
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, AI-enabled experiences, digital innovation, and industry trends
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in UX, product design, experience design, service design, or digital strategy within an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment
  • Proven experience leading complex digital experience initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience strategy, UX design, information architecture, journey mapping, and digital product thinking
  • Expertise in designing websites, platforms, applications, and omnichannel customer experiences
  • Experience facilitating research, workshops, stakeholder alignment, and collaborative design activities
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex business, scientific, or technical information into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience working alongside developers and understanding technical implementation considerations
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern experience design tools
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or regulated industries is a plus

Job Overview The Associate Creative Director, Experience Design partners with the Group Creative Director to define and deliver impactful digital experiences across the customer journey. This role leads the strategic and creative development of user-centered solutions that connect audience needs with business objectives, overseeing experience design across websites, platforms, applications, digital tools, and integrated omnichannel ecosystems. The ACD, Experience Design serves as both a design leader and hands-on practitioner, guiding multidisciplinary teams through discovery, strategy, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and experience optimization.
