Process Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Core Accountabilities
• Process & Industrialization Leadership:
• Drive plant layout, line design, process optimization, and ensure readiness for new product launches (APQP, PPAP, validation, SOP).
• Operational Excellence & Cost Management:
• Lead Lean/VPS initiatives, improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage CAPEX, engineering budget, and KPI performance.
• Capacity & Project Management:
• Oversee capacity planning, engineering changes, and cross-functional project execution to support business growth.
• Team Leadership:
• Develop, coach, and manage the process engineering team to ensure strong technical capability and performance.
• HSE & Compliance:
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments and APAC/global teams; support supplier development and technical evaluations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with ≥5 years experience in automotive/process engineering
• Strong knowledge in APQP, PPAP, Lean/VPS, capacity analysis, and process improvement
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
