- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, refine, and organize pitch decks, presentations, RFP responses, briefing materials, and other client-facing documents with a high level of polish and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, account, production, marketing, or leadership functions
- Naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with senior leadership and managing high-visibility initiatives
