Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through social media, networking, and job boards.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting:
  • Manage the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating selection, to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, determine selection criteria, and align hiring with business goals.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation and culture to attract top talent.
  • Data & Metrics: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain data integrity, track metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and assist with the initial onboarding process.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strategy: Ability to develop long-term sourcing strategies.
