YOUR MISSION Lead the regional marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and business growth across the region . Drive regional media, PR, and communication initiatives aligned with global and local business needs . Lead Omnichannel marketing activations across Wholesale , Retail , and E-Commerce to ensure a consistent consumer experience . Oversee the implementation of creative campaigns and brand assets across the region . Manage the regional marketing budget and define priorities aligned with business objectives . Monitor performance metrics and reporting tools to support data- driven decision-making . Lead regional sports marketing initiatives and key strategic partnerships to maximize brand visibility and impact . YOUR TALENT 10+ years of experience in Marketing. Strong understanding of business performance metrics and KPIs . Experience in brand and consumer research , as well as agency management . Solid knowledge of media, content evaluation , social media, and E-Commerce. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive projects beyond the functional scope .
