Mixes or blends cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary - 30% Responsible for set-ups and break downs associated with daily events in meeting rooms, lobbies, ballrooms, and exterior grounds - 25% Cleans, strips, waxes and polishes floors using industrial size mops and commercial type floor machines. Fills commercial floor machines with cleaning solutions of proper concentration, empties unused solution into appropriate container - 20% Cleans floor machines and checks and recharges batteries. Washes, rinses and dries industrial size wet mops, dust mops, and commercial floor pads. Operates wet dry vacuuming carpet extraction equipment and other commercial equipment as requires for cleaning and shampooing carpets - 10% Empties (exterior and interior ) trash and recycling containers, transports waste material to outdoor refuse containers or recycling containers as needed. Cleans, decontaminates, and deodorizes waste containers using proper materials according to label directions - 10% Performs other duties as may be assigned by Building Services supervisors, Managers, or other administrative personnel within the department - 5%
