- Minimum:

- Three (3) years of RN experience
- One of the following: Master's degree in Nursing, or
- Bachelor's in Nursing with a written plan to complete a Master's in Nursing and documented semester-by-semester progress toward it
- Preferred:
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Previous experience in teaching or clinical instruction (not required)
