IT Engineer - Digitization and AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Digitization of Core Processes:
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitization.
• Design and implement digital workflows to streamline operations (e.g., CRM, ERP, or other automation tools).
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing systems.
• AI Deployment and Integration:
• Identify areas where AI can add value (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbots, process automation).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven solutions tailored to the company's needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI tools align with business objectives.
• IT Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Manage cloud-based systems, servers, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Data Management and Security:
• Implement robust data management practices to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information.
• Training and Support:
• Train employees on new digital tools and AI-powered systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Innovation and Strategy:
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digitization and AI.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other business automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in SMEs or startups.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Certifications in AI, cloud computing, or IT management.
