People & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations , including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management across the US and Canada
• Assist with payroll coordination , benefits administration, and troubleshooting employee inquiries (compensation, commissions, reimbursements, etc.)
• Partner with HR, Finance, and global teams to compile and maintain reports on attendance, productivity, and quarterly metrics
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and ongoing support for North American employees
• Manage inventory logistics , including shipment, tracking, and retrieval across the US and Canada
• Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and leadership team , including scheduling, coordination, and special projects
• Conduct operational research and vendor coordination (e.g., office setup, supplies, new market expansion)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a startup or corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, or HR systems is a strong plus
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones when needed
• Self-starter mindset with a willingness to take ownership and figure things out
