Performing manipulative and non-discretionary functions, this position acts as a support system, providing both guidance and education to patients and families.Responsibilities You will perform patient outreach to ensure accurate and timely filling of specialty pharmaceuticals You will collaborate with clinic staff to connect patients with MHS specialty pharmacy resources You will process prior authorization (PA) requests from specialty clinics You will determine patient eligibility and enroll patients in copay assistance and medication assistance programs when appropriate
