Project M&E Manager

Requirements

• Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Building Service M&E background
• Min 8 years of relevant Singapore-based working experience in building construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Creativity & adaptability
• Interpersonal and communication skills & leadership
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage

Job Description Oversee project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Employer expectation, Analyse, manage and track project costs again budget. Manage in-house MEP design works, including basic design, detailed design, shop drawing and BIM coordination. Coordinate with architecture, C&S and Process, ICA and other trades. Attend technical and site coordinate meetings with Employer, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors. Assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E works with Consultants and Employer. Oversee construction activities by In-house installation teams, site safety, arrange timely delivery of M&E equipment and materials. Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC, Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects. Participate in tender preparation for new projects
