- Strong experience in product quality engineering, including product architecture, failure analysis, and reliability methodologies.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and statistics to drive quality improvements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead change across large organizations.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting networking products, hardware systems, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences.
