This role involves working across both an Enhanced Provision and a Targeted Mainstream model, supporting a diverse caseload of children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated learning difficulties. The school supports approximately 339 pupils, with a strong focus on SEN provision. Around 30 pupils access a specialist resource base, and all children within the Enhanced Provision have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
