About the role

Identifying business opportunities and create self-generated appointments. Participating in exceeding branch target on property appraisals, instructions, lets and other KPIs in line with branch business plan. Conducting quality Market Appraisals and win instructions in line with the company standard conversion rate. Arranging, organising and conducting viewings and letting properties.
