About the role

Our client is a leading IOT Building Collect as-built documentation and verify Building Information Modeling (BIM) models against physical building realities. Physically verify and register Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems-including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and security-on the digital twin platform. Collect IoT point lists from existing building management systems and encode the data. Configure network gateways and commission standard IoT protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, and KNX. Bind dynamic IoT data points directly to the static digital twin equipment models. Enforce strict quality benchmarks, ensuring data accuracy of 98% or higher and IoT connectivity of 95% or higher before client handover. Diagnose and resolve multi-protocol IoT integration issues or BIM-to-reality discrepancies in the field. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and BIM Modelers to hit delivery milestones. skills & experience required Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services), Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in building digitalization, BIM delivery, BMS integration, IoT system deployment, or M&E design Deep understanding of building M&E hierarchies and the ability to confidently read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings. Working knowledge of BIM tools like Revit will be a plus. Strong foundational knowledge of IoT communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) and hands-on device commissioning experience.
