Part Time Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Order stock from suppliers and coordinate timely delivery to maintain service continuity
• Monitor and check inventory levels regularly to ensure adequate stock availability
• Prepare accurate quotations for customers to facilitate transparent pricing and service decisions
• Assist customers by responding promptly to inquiries about automotive services and parts
• Manage administrative documentation and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support daily operations
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or automotive service-related roles to support effective task execution
• Proficiency in MS Office to handle documentation and communication efficiently
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management to enhance service accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and smooth workflow
• Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Availability to work a fixed 3-day schedule (Thursday to Saturday) to meet operational needs
