What you'll achieve As the Account Manager , you will responsible for drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. He/She is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing the healthcare business, creating the strategy jointly with the Sales Manager, controlling your own sales process, managing customer expectations, and negotiating contracts. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Essential Requirements Hunter: Identify new opportunities and build relationships with new Healthcare institutions. Hunter: Elaborate business proposals, gathering all the information needed to cover the correct scope for each one, commercial scope, technical scope, etc. Farmer: Have a close relationship with actual customers, visiting this installed base every 2 weeks. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs with an emphasis on market development Management her/his own funnel to Top Management to have a clear image of the opportunities' status. Maintain CRM with clean and updated data in a daily basis. Establish active communication and engagement to create new leads and sales openings. Manage the entire sales cycle: Invest at least 60%-70% in the field visiting customers and identifying new opportunities. Act as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Dedalus' products & services. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Negotiation with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts) and closure of contracts. Explanation and demonstration of the products/solutions, thinking strategically with the customers (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications). Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Sales contact in hand-over from Sales to Services. Assist the Service Manager during proposal & negotiation phase for SMA's.
