Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for prompt admission. Practice Summary Greenberg Traurig's Land Use attorneys collectively have decades of experience in real estate development and land use law. With a presence in some of the most active real estate markets in the United States, we advise landowners, developers, joint venture partners, and entrepreneurs at virtually all stages in the land development process, from due diligence for acquisitions and finance matters, to acquiring development rights in site assemblages, to completing subdivisions, and obtaining zoning and other land use entitlements, building permits, and certificates of occupancy. Where required, we assist the client in meeting federal, state and local environmental mandates for assessment and in obtaining environmental permits that support land use approvals. The expected pay range for this position is: $210,000 to $250,000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
