Job Description Summary Surgery Modality Field focused job where customer centricity is the priority for this job. The employee responsibility will cover serving different categories of surgery modality customers including commercial, marketing, clinical support, sales demoing, and trainings. The job is designed to contribute to whole Saudi Arabia surgery Market. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national "show sites" and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications. Initiate, create and lead the pre-sales demo sessions professionally inside and outside operating theaters. Respond immediately to customer requests including but not limited to training requests (post sales), remote support and marketing presentations/trainings. Increase the awareness about GEHC surgery portfolio clinical strength through professional marketing campaigns, activities, and roadshows. enhance surgery visibility in the region via customer direct and indirect approach through account managers, biomedicals, field engineers and service colleagues. Accountable to business success from pre-sales and creating leads till machine delivery and training. Acts as a business owner and cooperate with all company divisions stakeholders to ensure accurate follow up and precise execution plans. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy or plan. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Able to consult customers clinically and position products efficiently. Awareness of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Ability to propose different solutions to address more complicated day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information, uses technical experience and analytical thinking for decision making. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. The job representative will mainly be individual contributor. Required Qualifications This role requires sufficient experience in the Sales generally & Advanced Clinical Sales specifically. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Radiology background is preferred) Has sufficient clinical experience (at least 2 years) multiple C-Arms and led previous successful demo sessions. Has acceptable experience in Saudi market generally and surgery modality customers specifically. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills arabic and english. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
