About the role

As an Account Manager at Pleez , you will own a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they extract maximum value from our AI-powered platform. Customer-obsessed - you deeply care about client outcomes and long-term relationships. Detail-oriented and structured - you follow up, follow through, and stay on top of multiple moving pieces. Strong communication and relationship-building skills - clients trust you. Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards . Commercial mindset - you can spot upsell opportunities, understand client needs, and push for adoption. Problem solver - proactive, resourceful, and fast at unblocking issues.
